Tanya Donnelly and Belly can still bring it. Such an amazing voice. I think some of the surrounding old buildings might have a few loose bricks after that show!

Loved the band, whom I was seeing for the first time after being only vaguely familiar with their music... catchy jangle-pop songs with great hooks, tons of charisma from the two women. Unfortunately the sound was a little muddled, though I'm not sure if it was the engineering or the venue itself that caused it. Also, Tanya told the crowd she had laryngitis, and it was reflected in the vocals and harmonies. Would love to see them again on a better night. Fortunately, the excellent opening band, the Parkington Sisters, joined Belly for a good portion of the later part of the set, which really improved the overall sound and added dimension to the songs. This part of the show was wonderful.

Excellent show! Great energy and mix of new and old songs.

The band were very thoughtful to their fans who attended this concert. They started on time without a cover band and did about a 45 minute set. They announced an intermission which allowed folks to visit the facilities or get another drink, and then they started up again for about another hour. Great connection with the audience throughout. Wonderful old and new songs. Great energy. Loved the show!

My favourite band. 3 gigs in 6 days. Beginning of a world tour... they fucked up a couple of times but that’s because they hadn’t played a gig outside Gail’s basement since 2016. Every gig was better than the one before. I love these guys like my arms or legs. I wouldn’t function without them. xxxx
