About Leah Shoshanah Music
Leah Shoshanah is a Chicago-based singer, songwriter & Jewish musician whose soulful, original music deftly navigates the folk, funk, rock and jazz genres. She seeks to unite the divided — both within oneself and in the outside world. Through her beautiful voice and honest songwriting, listeners from all walks of life find space to shed tears, laugh, sing and dance. Over the past decade, Shoshanah has sung on historic stages in Chicago, toured the Eastern and Central USA and played to audiences of thousands on tour in Germany. In 2022, Shoshanah’s work was honored by a Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs grant.
