About The Spades
There are at least four bands called The Spades.
1) Indie / Rock band from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, fronted by James McKenty, with Josh "Chachi" Robichaud on the bass, and Thomas "Winchester" Street on the drums.
2) Roky Erickson's band before the 13th Floor Elevators, who first recorded "You're Gonna Miss Me" and "We Sell Soul."
3) A rock 'n roll band from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Origianally a very loud, punk-influenced band. More of a pure rock 'n' roll band their new line-up.
4) A Texas garage-rock band notorious for it's Marilyn Manson cover songs.
