Soulful Space

Soulful Space was founded in 2014 by Lexington musicians and music lovers seeking a space that was genuinely music centered. A completely unique experience for both, audience and performer. No talking, no silverware and glasses clinking during a performance. Just a musician and a captive audience inside the Church of the Good Shepherd. The building was completed in the early 20th century in the style of English Country Gothic. Acoustics and architecture offer an experience that can't be compared to any other venue. Soulful Space is becoming a "must play" for performers with the desire to share their music in a place like ours, however, we only do 4 or 5 shows each year. This is a venue that has been offered graciously by the church because they heard our need and share our passion for being a good neighbor in the community.
