The tickets were for 7:30 pm. They did not let us into the venue until 7:50. Then we had to stand (no seats) until 9:35 for the show. The venue was packed beyond reasonable limits. I prayed there wouldn’t be a fire or any other reason to exit quickly. People would have been trampled. The band is excellent, but wasn’t worth the experience. No more Culture Room for us.

Shorty Never disappoints! I was new to dumpstaphunk. I was WOW! I know now!
I caught the tail end of Soul Rebel. I was looking forward to seeing them too. I hadn’t seen them in years. I been living in Atlanta for 23yrs. I needed that! I used to be at the second lines every Sunday. I feel like I remember Shorty from childhood neighborhood near the Zulu club.
But anyway, I got my fix! Appreciate y’all Boys !

Trombone Shorty was great. However the band is in town app listed opening acts like Ziggy Marley which turned out was not the case so was very disappointed. Fix your app to show the correct show lineups so people don’t buy tickets expecting to see other acts as well.

Recorded at his own Buckjump Studio with producer Chris Seefried (Fitz and the Tantrums, Andra Day), Shorty and his bandmates crash through funk, soul and psychedelic rock with transcendent performances, set to bold songwriting that explores grit and determination in hard times.
