Waking the Sleeper

Waking the Sleeper is a Wichita, KS female fronted metal band. Formed January 2017 by lead vocalist/keys Regina "Raven" Turney, keys/backup vocalist Shon "Gunnie" Gunderson, Lead guitarist Juni Iwasaki, and Bassist Ryan Stebb. A Powerhouse of Metal that is unique in the ability to utilize all spectrum's of Metal! With Ravens Vision of taking the music to a new level, the band also implements a visual production that will take the audience on a journey through each song!
The first part of the album "The 7 Deadly Sins" was released 04/2017. Their first single, "Wrath", hit #1 on Rock Rage Radio for over a month and continues to receive rave reviews! The full LP of "7 Deadly Sins" was released 11/2018 consisting of 14 tracks on Rock Avenue Records USA. Making their first LP a Concept Album!
Waking the Sleeper has been taking the world by storm by U.S. Tours and already performing along side National artist like Dope, Combichrist, September Mourning, Davey Suicide, Drowning Pool and others! Along with playing Major Music Festivals; 2017 & 2018 including Rocklahoma's Darkside Stage, along side many National Acts! Waking the Sleeper is ready to WAKE UP the world and go to that next level in 2020 doing more Tours, Shows and Festivals!
