RJ Griffith

RJ Griffith is a singer-songwriter from Chicago whose music inspires people to chase their dreams and make every day a good day! RJ’s music has been heard in an independent movie and on multiple radio and TV stations including 101.9 The Mix, 106.3 Chicago’s R&B, ABC, FOX, NBC, and WGN. This includes three sync license deals: The Assumptions movie, the Fox Good Day Chicago show on Fox, and the Kenan (Thompson) show on NBC. In addition, RJ has toured the country with a national recording group from 2017-2019 and has performed as a solo artist at many large-scale events including multiple collegiate and professional sports games, festivals, and tv shows. You can also hear RJ’s music playing over the loudspeakers while shopping in many Kroger owned stores across the country.

Additionally, Griffith’s music has opened doors for him to speak and perform at multiple youth events, including teen conferences, Obama Foundation events, anti-bullying conferences and school assemblies and he is currently working on his first full length album, a feel-good project, tentatively set to be released in the spring of 2023!

RJ is also very passionate about his community and in June of 2019, he officially started his own 501(c)(3) nonprofit, a youth open mic and community outreach program for the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area, called Positive Vibes Only.
