Was able to do the meet and greet with Blue October at this performance and the band was fantastic. I'm physically disabled and was feeling rushed to get out of the way by the next group waiting to meet the band. They stepped in and let me take my time and were very gracious with their time. My wife getting a hug from Justin was just the icing on the cake! Highly suggest you do this if it is available.
We met Veers (opening act) at the after-concert merch section; they were incredibly nice and accommodating. They signed their poster for us and took pictures with my wife.

Great show!
What an unforgettable experience. From the moment the band took the stage, the energy in the room was electric. Justin's powerful vocals and raw emotion captivated the audience, while the rest of the band delivered a flawless performance.
The setlist was a perfect mix of old and new songs, showcasing the band's growth and evolution over the years. The setlist showed that Blue October is still pushing the boundaries of their sound.
The band's interaction with the crowd was also a highlight of the show. Justin's heartfelt speeches about mental health and the importance of seeking help resonated with many fans.
Overall, the concert was an emotional rollercoaster, with moments of pure joy and moments of heart-wrenching vulnerability. It was a reminder of why we fell in love with Blue October in the first place and left us eagerly anticipating the next time we can see them live.

Hands down best concert I’ve ever been too. Justin is an inspiration. Beautiful show, beautiful music, beautiful venue & dare I say beautiful night. Bucket list item checked, Blue October knows how to put on a show for their fans. Thank you for letting us enjoy the night listening to the lyrics of your life that blend so well with our lives. Can’t wait for Spinning the Truth Around Pt 2 so we can go to the next show! & no more hoping, you made us all very Happy!

Best concert ever! Justin is so interactive with fans and signed all our merchandise after the show. He even signed my hubby's arm and it is now permanent. He gave us a shout out for our 20th anniversary. ❤️Collin Friedli was helping the band do just about everything and was also so cool and got pics with him too. We are hoping they come back close to Ohio again so we can get VIP again and see them for the 3rd time. Loved the Clyde Theater in Indiana venue.

The concert amazing, like always. Although, I think some of the songs were kind of 'slow' for a concert, but well, I enjoyed every single one because this is my favourite band.
The venue, not as I expected, worst venue I've been to. I'm sure I got better seats when I bought tickets online, but we were seated very far away and they said that was always the seating plan (not it wasn't, I'm sure of what I paid for). I wish I could stand and not have to buy seats, but my party can't stand for the whole time, so I was stuck in a very uncomfortable seat and couldn't even stand for a bit because apparently I was disturbing others. So lame to be seated for 3 hours during a rock concert!

Awesome as always. This was our 12th time seeing them and they never disappoint. At the end Justin said he'd be at the merch table signing whatever anyone wanted. Actually it was Justin and Ryan because they are thick as thieves. LOL the line had hundreds and we were around 3/4's of the way back and they both had smiles, acted like you were the only one in the room when you stepped up to the table. Class act all the way.
Plus, it was our first time at 20 Monroe, nice place, everyone working there were friendly and willing to help with anything.

Got to see my favorite band in this lovely new venue.. love the food court, but didn't like how the venue was pushing alcohol sales with the band backstory, but they probably don't understand or care, i get it they're trying to make money. I loved the assigned seating, so with my kids we didnt have to worry about crowd pushing. As far as the band goes, Blue October was amazing as always!!💙💙 They never EVER disappoint. The opening band Beatnik Bandits were great and full of energy! I hope they consider this venue again next time they are in town!

Really disappointed. We showed up on time 5pm went into the venue to enjoy the VIP session. They rushed us through and told us we all needed to leave and come back after they said that we didn't get scanned in. They told us to hurry and we would be right back in. We left at 7 pm after we we're told it would only be a few minutes then 6:45... it was really a let down. I will be going to KC to see them and maybe Dublin.

Blue October was awesome as always. This was an great show and it was one of my favorite shows so far.
I'm not a fan of The Rave. The balcony areas seems rather unsafe. There are a lot of people up there that are handicap because that is the only area that has seating. To get from one area to another in the balcony you have to deal with steps. With the red lighting, there isn't enough light to see where you are going. It would be nice if they had the steps marked with a reflective tape or had lighting added like they have in movie theaters. I used the flashlight on my phone to see where I was going, but I didn't see a lot of people doing that. With people drinking and those steps it feels like an accident waiting to happen.
Milwaukee has a lot of awesome venues and I wish Blue October would move to another location.

The band was a 5 star as always .. I have been to a few concerts at the complex and this one was far far the worst experience ever !! Merch line was long and painful but worst was when a grown ass man pushed me ( a woman ) and called me a word I won’t repeat because I had to get through to use the restroom …. Not enough people around to make me feel safe against him .. crowd was helpful but still ruined my experience and probably won’t be back to the complex !! Please BLUE … play at a better venu !!

Blue October kills it, as usual. Sounded like they had a few technical difficulties, but the boys played through it with the professionalism you'd expect from these masters. So glad we got to see these guys again. I've been a fan since The Answers and have seen them several times, but my husband had never seen them as a band live (we went to the Open Book tour). This was our first time to this venue. If you're a drinker there are plenty of bars everywhere. There is a slope towards the stage at the entrance, but then it's flat the rest of the way. So, to get a good GA view, you have to be all the way up in the front, or be 6'. Otherwise you're watching the show through everyone's phones as they're recording, or in between giant's shoulders. The acoustics were great, so even if you can't see 100% of the band 100% of the time, you still get the great live event experience. Parking wasn't bad at all, although we did get there almost 2 hours before the doors opened.

Updated: I attended the show with my now 13 y/o daughter, and I liked you guys since I was younger then her. It was surreal. She’s a talented artist, professional dancer in training all disciplines, playing 4 instruments but focused on Violin so Blue October has pulled at her strings (pun not intended). The level of relatability when it comes to the struggles we go for our children and Justin saying it RIGHT THERE… broke my heart even more. It was very hard to leave my house due to my agoraphobia and depression, it was the first time after months and months (aside from school related activities for my daughter).. but I made it, I took her, she loved it, I saw you guys, I enjoyed every second, and I can’t wait to see you guys and hopefully get a press pass to photograph you next time.
(My daughter swears she’ll get a violin of her own instead of a school one to her signed and show she can play hate me.. oh her big dreams).

Fanfriggintastic!!!
My only wish is that they would have been the Headliner instead of the Opening Band.
I've been a fan since 96' and I finally got to meet Justin Furstenfeld!!!
He's so soft spoken and such a gentleman!!
Me and my Best Friend go to their show every year and this year we took my 16yr old daughter and she got to meet Justin also on her 1st concert and he took time to ask her name and told her it was nice to meet her and wished her a great rest of her evening 😆🙃
She walked away wondering if that truly just happened 🤣🤣

We did the meet and greet and then experienced the always amazing performance by Blue October. The venue was packed, but we found our spot and had another life changing moment, that is Blue October; the energy; the connection to their fans; the stories that are a chronicle of the struggles and triumphs we all face each day.
If you have never seen Blue October or even heard their music, do yourself a favor and make it a priority, they will speak to you directly and you will be changed for the better.

The band was awesome and they get a five star rating from me. But the venue on the other hand was awful. I brought my special needs son to his first ever concert for his Birthday (yes it had to be Blue October no other band would do). While we got situated in our spots a drunk group came over and and was spreading their arms and legs out so nobody could pass or move and wouldn't let my son see even though I explained that it was his first show. So after the opening band we chose to go upstairs to see if there was a spot for him up there and there wasn't so we made our way back down stairs and we moved to the right of the the stage and besides the speaker being in the way he had an alright view and we were going to stay there but then 4 extremely drunk ladies made their way over and the one that was the drunkest kept elbowing and shoving my son and when he stepped forward as much as he could she started going off on him like it was his fault she was an as*. So I tried to explain my sons situation to her and she started yelling at me about him being rude (Michael doesn't speak to strangers because he's extremely shy and slow minded). So we left the area and went to the back next to the entrance and couldn't see anything so he tried to see/watch on the little TV that was hanging there. Then our luck a group of tall guys just stepped in front of Michael so they'll could see. I was so frustrated that I texted my brother to let him know how miserable Michael and I were (yes I was crying by this point). No I didn't take my sons wheelchair (which he uses if there is going to be alot of walking or standing) because I was told that there wouldn't be room at the venue for it. Even though I spent a lot of money for this show I was ready to go when my brother told me my sister-in-law was on the phone with someone at The House of Blues Orlando and they told me to find someone in a blue shirt and everything would be taken care of. The guy in the blue shirt took me to a guy in a purple shirt and he was awesome!!!! He took my son and I and put him in a seat on the balcony!!!! My sons face went from miserable to beaming and he smiled for the first time since the concert started, he actually started trying to sing along!!!! Even though I appreciated the HOB fixing the problem I will definitely not be returning there.

Amazing!!! Couldn't have asked to be any better. Venue were on the ball with tickets and VIP status stuff, really liked the extra staff helping us in the place, felt quite special just being a VIP for Blue October. We had the Meet and Greet, if you can do that, pay for it and do it, you'll never not do It again!
Love meeting the band, close and personal, shake hands, (girls get a cuddle if lucky, some boys do to, but you've to be standing out a bit from the crowd, whether it's due to what your wearing or how your hair is, those tend to get slightly more touch time. I don't mean colour your hair green or blue, lots do and the band aren't all that interested, however if you have a Mohawk or Frohawk then your likey to be talk to more)
You get a signed poster and during this signing you get to shake hands with them all, talk to them briefly, (few seconds reslly, enough for a quick hello, how are you sort of thing. If your good you'll get a little extra time by asking the right questions. Have to remember, unless your American, the band will sometimes misshear people due to the UK accents we all have up and down the country so speak clearly and concisely.
The actual set was amazballs! Things seem to be running a bit late, not sure why, but even after the stage was set up for the initial warm up performers, Coco and the Butternuts, we seemed to be waiting around a lot. They came on, did 4 songs, better playing live than recorded on YouTube, doesn't do them justice. Then a wait as the stage was cleared and Blues stuff was put on stage. About 20 mins or so perhaps?
Then the "Omg it's freaking amazing!" Happens. Time then accelerates as the set whoshes by.
Always at around half hour or more before the advertised set ending time, they close and say goodnight, making you think that's it....It's not! Don't be fooled, they'll play another 4 songs or so, this time, Justin played acoustic and sang beautifully as you'd expect. Ramping it back up to end on ",I hope your happy!" Then they ended leaving the instruments feeding back through pedals and guitars, they left the stage with all this noise going on. It was truly a fantastic time, even accidentally following Will and Paul (Tour manager) to the dry cleaners LOL Would I recommend it?? Absolutely yes, especially while they are still playing small venues, once they play bigger venues, you'll lose that connection, that intimacy that the O2Ritz gives you. So do it when you can as they'll stop touring one day and that'll be it. Hope it's not for a long time though.

Absolutely incredible experience, from start to finish!
We had tickets for the meet & greet with the band, and checking in went very quick and easy. The staff at the venue, as well as the band’s people, were very well-organized and did a great job keeping everyone where they needed to be. It did feel a little rushed as we had items signed, with the production manager reminding us every five minutes that we had to keep things moving. But all the band members were extremely nice, and very friendly. It was awesome that they took questions, too, and gave us a special performance of How to Dance in Time. We loved the opening act, Longwave, and were EXTREMELY pleased with Blue October playing an incredible 19 songs!!! They sound just as good (if not better!) live as they do recorded, and hearing Justin talk about his struggles & triumphs, and share stories from his personal life, gives fans such a personal experience. Definitely worth every dollar spent-and hands-down, my favorite concert in the 40+ years I’ve been going to live performances. A must-see for any music lover!♥️

The complete concert was fantastic. Complete sell out. Looking forward to new record real quick, Bo an independent artist, so us fan not keep this going . Fuk major Corp, making overy 125 mill in bonus ,that probably the cheep , while they are killing small business . Let’s try and over come that and bring our community and infrastructure back to standards . Ridiculous, wait for some to happen and then respond. , major Corp can pick a state each year work out a contract with local state give. Www. Sba.gov is a great resource to start business I’m done

This was a concert experience like nothing I’ve ever felt before-and I’ve been to see hundreds of artists. Justin Furstenfeld’s Open Book tour offers fans an uncensored glimpse into what brought him to where he is today-raw, real, and inspiring. Combined with his immense talent, it draws you in, so you feel the emotional roller-coaster he has been on since his early days as a teen. Justin’s passion for pouring his soul into his lyrics has produced a songbook that speaks to every person for whom lyrics have meaning. I walked away feeling he had just written the soundtrack for my life ❤️

Hands down, BEST performance I have ever been to! Justin is extremely real in telling his story and listening to him pour out his heart was captivating and in my opinion, life changing. He didn't shy away from sharing some of the worst parts of his life in order to look good, he embraced them instead. His voice is so powerful and his vocal abilities were phenomenal. I have a new appreciation for his music even more so now. Also the first time I've heard someone sound 100000 times better in person than on their albums. Can't wait till he comes back to New England.
