Raye

My 21st Century Blues is one of my favorite albums of all time, hearing a part of it live was already crazy to me, but the show she put on was even crazier. I was awestruck for the first 10 minutes but when i got over it I started jumping and screaming the lyrics as loud as I could. I already miss her, and i'm praying she comes back in Nice so I can see her again. 🙏

She was fantastic, crowd etiquette (or lack thereof) ruined the vibe but 1000% reccomend

The crowd wasn’t too hyped up for Raye for my liking. I’m so happy that Raye is finally able to do what she wants. Her debut album is everything. I think she did amazing opening up for Kali. She brought the energy and the vocals. Beautiful girl and voice.

Raye told her story. Her 21st century blues. It’s was an amazing display of songwriting portrayed with soul, funk, jazz, dance and disco, not just blues. Don’t pigeon hole Raye with a genre, she offers much more. Those that watched this show are witnesses to something special that mixes generations and identities, and gives us all a glimpse at what an inclusive future could hold.
