Ocean Avenue

Ocean Avenue are a multi-award winning Alternative Pop Rock band based in York. Fronted by the husky vocals of Keiran Wilson, the band combine the power of the 90s Alternative scene with the pace and contemporary sound of the Rock era. Forming in August 2012 they have already established themselves as a strong band on the local music scene and surrounding areas. The band's sound has been described to have the power of: Nirvana, Three Days Grace and Black Stone Cherry and have catchy vocals like Biffy Clyro and The Killers. Fronted by the power of Caleb Followill, Chad Kroeger and Eddie Vedder. Since their first show in January Ocean Avenue have gone from strength to strength by headlining Fibbers in York and Riverside in Selby. Their first song ''With You'' received play on BBC Radio York twice and Radio Memphis in the USA and went on to win Best Track at the British Music Student awards where they also won the ILuvLive award!
