Plug-in-and-play rock artist Greg Hoy is supporting both the 'Yay For Effort' vinyl LP release as well as the new 'The Special Party' LP with The Boys. Having worked previously with Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies), Sylvia Massy (Tool, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty), John Vanderslice (Spoon, Nada Surf), and more, Hoy's become somewhat of a critical darling ever since his debut LP earned a spot on the Village Voice NYC's coveted 'Best of' list for 2003. His recent video for 'Can You Take It?' featuring hip hop icon Ice-T earned him a nomination in the CA Music Video Awards.
