About Admirals

Initially a two-piece rock band, Colton Tucker (guitar, vocals) and Cory Brewer (drums), set out with the intention to create massive sounds with limited instrumentation, accompanied by an experimental and rhythmic pop balance. After a three-year stint, the newly titled ADMIRALS formed with the addition of Brett Murphy (bass) and Andrew Bair (keyboard, production). Immediately following their conception, ADMIRALS garnished a cult-like following after a series of recurring shows in the Stillwater and Oklahoma City area. Soon thereafter ADMIRALS attracted the attention of Dallas-based indie label Idol Records. With the support of Idol Records, ADMIRALS subsequently released their self titled EP (produced by Grammy Award recipient Trent Bell) and embarked on a series of regional and national tours. Described by Spy FM as “Indie Rock with Pop sensibilities”, the latest full-length album, "Amidst the Blue" focuses on transformation with focus on extensive instrumentation, experimental sounds, and a deeper look into a shared human experience. The music dares to be thought provoking, yet urges you above all else to lose control. Keep in touch http://www.admiralstheband.com Also @admiralstheband on Twitter, & Instagram
