To the Airship! are a 5 piece melodic hardcore band from Melbourne's west. In 2009, founding members Daniel, Jayden and Lincoln started the band with shared influences of Enter Shikari, The Devil Wears Prada and Underoath. After much searching the band formed it's first full lineup in 2010. Following, numerous line-up changes, and a shift in musical direction, To the Airship! now stand's with their strongest lineup as of 2012. To the Airship! have graciously shared the stage with acts such as For Today, Prepared Like A Bride, Trophy Eyes, Dream On, Dreamer, Closure in Moscow, The Bride, Buried in Verona & Silent Screams. As a seasoned live band, To the Airship! inspire energy, intensity & emotion in their performances. In 2012, To the Airship! recorded their self-titled debut at SAE & drummer Daniel's home studio. The release was mixed by Three Phase Studio's Sam Johnson (House vs. Hurricane, 50 Lions) and mastered by industry legend Alan Douches (Architects, Underoath, The Ghost Inside & The Chariot). 2014 has been a year of high intensity shows, a cultivation of close friends, and a myriad of great opportunities for the band.
