Thành Luke

Author, musician, producer and songwriter Thành Luke was born and raised in Da Lat City, Viet Nam. Known for fronting Cá Hồi Hoang, he writes and produces the Vietnamese rock band for a decade.

In 2016, Luke released his solo album Qua Từng Nếp Nhăn, showcasing folk-influenced indie pop. In May 2020, he released his second solo album "Gián Đoạn", featuring alternative-rock singles "Cùng" and "Rõ Ràng". The record is described as a "new stream of creativity that rest up for the band (Cá Hồi Hoang)" and heavily inspired by Prince and Radiohead's frontman Thom Yorke.

After ten years, Cá Hồi Hoang splits up in 2023. Luke began working on his next solo album and stage name The Luka Project, released on November 10, 2023. Heavily inspired by the romance of dandy music box arrangement and a hint of classical, 60s Motown feel, the 11-track record mark its way to be the most important turning point of Luke's career in art and music.
