About Shelby Olive
Shelby Olive is an indie/pop songwriter who calls Northeast Ohio home. Olive released her debut album, "Make Sound," in 2018, her pop-heavy EP, Bad for Me, in 2019, and a string of singles in 2020 and 2021 including her body positive anthem, "Nothing Wrong With Me." With influences from musical theatre, jazz, and pop-- she's found a sound that is both catchy and authentic. Olive was the Grand Prize recipient in Akron's 2017 High Arts Festival and the runner up in 2018. She was a 2020 finalist in Broadways' Taylor Louderman's songwriting competition, Write Out Loud.
