Peter Hook & The Light

It was suggested that since I am a Joy Division and New Order fan, to go see Peter Hook and the Light. Incredible show!!!! I’d fly somewhere to see him again. He played about 30 songs in excruciating heat, and really gave it his all. His passion for his music and his fans was well received.

Awesome show like always, very nice venue people there were very very nice. the staff are outstanding !!

An hour of less well known New Order. Followed by an hour and a half or more of the best of Joy Division and New Order. Absolute warrior for playing for that time. Cracking night

Almost three hours of Substance. Hooky was always the heart of New Order and it was a blast to see him and the Light.

Honestly one of the best shows I’ve ever seen in my life! Just perfect all the way through.

Great show, beautiful venue, but wish people would STFU when the band is playing. It isn’t a bar with a jukebox.

You barely could hear the vocals at times, not cause of the crowd or the band. And you could tell they were having some kind of equipment issues. Ok. So what. They put on a damn good show even with the issues. Peter Hook is an awesome entertainer and great musician. I would go see him again and again. The venue was the perfect spot

Would've been 5 stars but vocals were too low in the mix. The show was absolutely phenomenal.

Last night I saw Peter Hook and the Light in concert at the nine thirty club. It was easily one of the best shows I’ve ever seen in my life! I am a bit biased as the music of Joy Division/New Order holds a special meaning for me. I had seen the rest of the band (who still tours as New Order) two years ago and while that show was good, there is no comparison. Perhaps part of it is that this was a smaller venue (as opposed to the arena I saw New Order in) or the fact that the entire crowd was here to see him (the other show was a combo with Pet Shop Boys) but the energy and enthusiasm in the room and onstage was palpable. This was the amazing experience I was hoping for when I saw New Order but didn’t really get. Peter Hook and the Light delivered!! See them if you can!

Awesome! From the pensive to the intensive, Hook and the band deliver again and again. Love will never tear apart Hooky and his fans!

I think they could maybe do the second album and then the first album. Also blue Monday was not played unfortunately.

Hearing Joy Division’s albums live gave me a new appreciation of their work. I only wish Hookie played a bit more, but his bass brought a lot of energy to the show when he did

He did a lot of great brooding Joy Division and New Order songs and sprinkle than enough peppy tunes to keep the crowd lively! And that’s what we wanted , we wanted Joy Division andNew Order and we got it with Peter hook and his band.

Amazing as usual! This was my second time seeing Peter Hook & The Light. Last time they played mostly Nee Order and just a little Joy Division. This time they played a few New Order songs to start and then played 2 complete Joy Division albums as well as a few other hits. Awesome show!!!

I love his show - lots of energy, great song and great band. He looks amazing !

Extra banging upstairs in the Tramshed great views no hassle and a bar. 3 hours of joy. Hookey on top form great sound and top bloke. Love will tear us apart to finish. Perfect end after amazing rugby victory

A proper band, Hooks bass gets better, vocals a bit rough at times but a great night, the last session rocked it.

Fantastic show. A must see concert if you àre a true Joy Division and New Order fan
