The Ignition

We are a four piece Indie Band hailing from London Town. The Band was formed in early 2014 after a mutual friend put Naveed Ijaz (lead/vox) and Musa Henderson (bass) into the same room together. Then following a chance encounter in a dusty Camden boozer they were joined by Joe Lamb (rhythm/vox). Having exchanged ideas and discovering a shared passion for all things Rock’n’Roll they decided to take the project to the next level and The Ignition was born! They have since worked tirelessly to hone a sound that is urgent, now, and irrefutably genuine. Recently joined by the incredible Caroline Scott (drums) they are ready to reignite that raw British Indie scene we all know and love. Mixing dreamy melodies with fast paced rhythms they have conceived a sound that will whip audiences across the land into states of unbridled rapture and will leave nothing behind but sweat soaked dance floors and lasting memories.
