Instant Classic

Instant Classic originally formed in the fall of 2008. They competed in the Barbershop Harmony Society's International Collegiate Barbershop Quartet Competition in 2009 and 2010, where they placed 8th and 10th, respectively. Due to traveling conflicts, relocation, and just life in general, the group disbanded in 2010. After about a year, life calmed down and they realized that they were all within reasonable distance of each other, so the group reformed in August of 2011. Since then, they have been on an incredible journey, becoming the 2011 Cardinal District Quartet Champions, performing in numerous Harmony Brigades around the country, conducting workshops, singing at Harmony Explosion Camps and Festivals, and performing on chapter shows all over the US and Canada. They have competed in every International Barbershop Quartet Contest since their formation, receiving recognition as the 2012 International Collegiate Silver Medalist Quartet, and recently competed in the International Open Division Quartet Contest in Pittsburgh and became the 2015 International Quartet Champions!
