About The Mylars
The Mylars are a super charged rock and roll outfit founded by vocalist/guitarist
Danny Roselle (ex Crash Moderns) and long time collaborator, vocalist/bassist Quig.
With a band mission of "It is what it used to be", The Mylars are a combination punch of late seventies power pop rock infused with their own modern twist.
As the lead singer/songwriter for The Crash Moderns, Danny toured the US and Canada for
several years, sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in rock music, including The Goo
Goo Dolls, Lifehouse, Bowling For Soup, and Bon Jovi and is currently one of the main songwriters for the History channels hit television show, American Pickers.
Danny and Mylars drummer, Chris O'Hara, can also be seen in episodes of HBO's popular series, The Sopranos.
Mylars co founder, Quig is responsible for being the creator and manager of the worlds first little person rock group, The Little Kingz, made famous in Ben Stiller's movie Zoolander
The Mylars debut full length album, "Melody Records", as well as the video for the first single, "Forever Done", will be released on September 15,, 2017.
Danny Roselle- Guitarist/ Vocalist, has been touring the globe in numerous national recording projects, sharing the stage with many great performers such as Bon Jovi, The Goo Goo Dolls, Lifehouse, Bret Michaels and many more. Danny is currently one of the main songwriters for the History channels hit television show, American Pickers. His music can also be heard in popular television shows such as Degrassi, MTV Road Rules as well as the trailer theme song for the 2008 hit movie, The Rocker, starring Rainn Wilson.
Quig- Bassist/ Vocalist, has been submerged in the music industry for many years as a performer, songwriter, as well as a music manager. Quig owned and operated Commodity Oddity Entertainment where he was responsible for the creation and subsequent success of the world first little person rock band, The Little Kingz, whom Quig managed and brought to the forefront. Highlights included performances with such great acts as The Black Crowes, 3 Doors Down, and The Strokes. Quig also hosted the radio show "Old Rules New School" in the early 2000's.
Chris O'Hara- Drums
Thanks to that little red "Buddy Rich" kit purchased by his grandfather all those years ago, Chris has become one the most sought after live and recording drummers this side of the Mississippi and we are truly honored to call him a Mylar.
Chris has put his signature drumming stamp on some of the finest tracks by well know artists Carl Gentry, Dramarama, Bob Polding Band, and many more.
On the live front, he has had the honor of bashing the skins behind some of our countries finest, including, but not limited to, Bobby Banderia (Bon Jovi, Southside Johnny), The Wayne Brown Band, and Marc Ribler.
Chris has enjoyed sharing the stage with top recording artists Toby Keith, Dierks Bentley, Sugar Ray and Foreigner.
Dan "Nashville" Rainey- Lead Guitar
Hailing originally from Northern New Jersey, lead guitarist Dan Rainey has been traveling the country for many years now, both as a live performer as well as studio "go to" player. After leaving The Garden State at an early age, he spent many years as a force on the music scene in both Miami, Fl, Nashville, TN, and most recently Charleston, SC.
Dan has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with countless national artists, including, but not limited to, Sheryl Crow, The Avett Brothers, Fiona Apple, as well as members of Hootie and the Blowfish.
Memorable performances include being the special guest for legendary southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd at West Palm Beach's famed "Sunfest" festival.
