Breaking Southwest

Great show. Kind of cover heavy, but their rhythm section found ways to make them fresh---the bass player is a complete monster. The fiddle player, while not as technically brilliant, has a great ear for lead lines. Most people importantly, somebody in the band can write like a SOB; the originals are great. All in all, a great young band whom you should catch if they come to your town. A lot of fun.
