The Muse Experience

The MUSE Experience, opgericht in januari 2016, is een ode aan de Britse Rockformatie MUSE. Bandleden: Danny Waegemaekers (drums), Laurens de Nooyer (toetsen, special sound effects, vocals), Arjan Kok (basgitaar), Mike Schellekens (gitaar, vocals), Richard Dalmolen (lead vocals).

In 2017 sloot The MUSE Experience zich aan bij Artists & Bands Booking Agency. Sindsdien dendert de band als een niet te stoppen sneltrein voort en de fan base blijft zich uitbreiden naar alle uithoeken van de Benelux! The MUSE Experience brengt, zoals de naam al belooft, een ware MUSE-beleving qua geluid en show, compleet met special effects en een adembenemend licht spektakel. Hoewel MUSE-frontman Matt Bellamy verantwoordelijk is voor zowel de virtuoze gitaarpartijen als de ongenaakbare lead vocalen, doet The MUSE Experience het nét even anders. Schellekens legt zijn volledige focus op het onmiskenbare gitaargeluid en catchy riffs. En de vocalen, met schijnbaar grenzeloos bereik, neemt Dalmolen voor zijn rekening. Het technische hoogstaande bas- en drum-spel van Kok en Waegemaekers is de heartbeat van de band, wat met het instrumentale nummer Drum N’ Bass nog eens sterk wordt bevestigd. De show zit vol met de beste MUSE hits zoals Psycho, Uprising, Plug in Baby, Supermassive Black Hole en Starlight die altijd en overal voluit worden meegezongen door het publiek!

Tijdens de LEGENDS of ROCK Tribute Tour is The MUSE Experience regelmatig te bewonderen op de beste muziekpodia in de Benelux, zoals Poppodium Metropool (Hengelo), Effenaar (Eindhoven), MEZZ (Breda), Brabanthal (Leuven BE), De Bonte Wever (Assen), Podium de Vorstin (Hilversum) en niet te vergeten het jaarlijkse hoogtepunt tijdens het SilverDome LEGENDS of ROCK Tribute Festival (Zoetermeer). In 2017 The MUSE Experience joined Artists & Bands Booking Agency. Since then, the band has been running as an unstoppable express train and the fan base continues to spread to all corners of the Benelux! The MUSE Experience brings, as the name promises, a true MUSE experience in sound and show, complete with special effects and a breathtaking light show. Although MUSE frontman Matt Bellamy is responsible for both the virtuoso guitar parts and the unapproachable lead vocals, The MUSE Experience does it a bit differently. Schellekens puts his full focus on the unmistakable guitar sound and catchy riffs. And the vocals, with seemingly limitless reach, takes Dalmolen for his account. The technically advanced bass and drum game by Kok and Waegemaekers is the heartbeat of the band, which is strongly confirmed with the instrumental song Drum N 'Bass.
