About Shutups
Shutups are Hadley, Eric, and Mia, three friends that rock very hard. They’ve been rocking in Oakland, CA since 2015.
Their latest rocking has been so immensely unavoidable that they were tapped by fellow extreme rockers The Armed for their 2023 "Perfect Saviors" West Coast release shows.
Their friends, families and even label (Kill Rock Stars) agree that they rock, along with the likes of Conor Oberst, Rob Zombie’s assistant manager, MIke Krol, Cherubs, and other indie music rockers.
When they aren't rocking, they're busy writing new music and creating their own music videos. With 7 EPs, 2 LPs (2019’s Every Day I’m Less Zen and 2021’s I can’t eat nearly as much as I want to vomit) and a dozen music videos published, the band's tight-knit collaboration and creative DIY ethos show no signs of stopping.
