Hawk and the Wild

Hawk and the Wild is a singer/songwriter and folk, rock och pop musician whos real name is Jimmy Wiltfalk. He lives in Västerås, 100km west of Stockholm. While not scribbling on a new song hes riding some kind of board or speaking for human rights.

A commitment he drew attention too with the antiracist social media charity project and single “The dream is still alive” that was released for Martin Luther King day 2016 and a new version 2017. The song have been in first place on the Swedish independent chart and the musicvideo have had great success in Germany, France and England

As a singer/songwriter he write all music and lyrics while also recording it in his own homestudio. The sound is based around acoustic instruments with a mix of emotional lyrics and catcy melodies. Hawk and the wild plays most live sets alone as a one man band but he is sometimes accompanied by his friends.
