Vinterbris

Vinterbris is a band from Bergen, Norway and play melodic black metal. The band incorporate the fast tempos of black metal, but also search for the bigger musical landscape often found in bands like Moonsorrow and Primordial. The essence of melancholy and metal is in focus. The band was founded in 2008 and consists of Henrik Skar, Martin Aarland, Kristoffer Aalhus and Ivan Rolstad. Vinterbris have also had two releases, The Unrested (EP) and Vinterbris (S/T). Vinterbris participated on the Insurgency Tour in 2011 with Apeiron Restraint and played in Oslo, Lillehammer, Trondheim, Ålesund and Bergen. In the summer of 2012, Vinterbris co-headlined the Cover The Sun Tour and played in Os, Oslo and Drammen. In February 2013, Vinterbris supported Aura Noir in Bergen.
