Anniversary

Just when you thought the modern rock world was playing it safe, along come Hamilton, Ontario's "Anniversary" to challenge the norm with an aggressive style all their own & a passionate fanbase that filled the room to capacity the first time they ever hit the stage.

From Greensboro, NC to Los Angeles, CA this Canadian quintet worked in multiple environments with producer Drew Fulk (Crown The Empire, I Prevail) to bring to life their defining sound, but achieving this end result was far from easy. Having been set to a higher standard from the start, the band took over a year to complete their self-funded initial offering while facing numerous personal obstacles along the way. However, these struggles only strengthened their resolve.

"It had its challenges. Life happens. We had to power through" says vocalist Blake Prince.

Surrounding the independent release of their debut self-titled album, the band hit the stage for the very first time, headlining Club Absinthe in Hamilton to a sold-out crowd before embarking on a two-week Canadian tour. As head counts continued to rise & albums continued to sell, it didn't take long for the Hamilton Music Awards to take notice & nominate the band for its Loud/Metal Recording of the Year, an award they would later win, placing the finishing touches on an extremely successful Spring of 2016.

Having now teamed up with Ricochet Management (Memphis May Fire) & Circle Talent Agency (Suicide Silence, XCISION), Anniversary will soon be unleashing their aggression on a global scale without limitation.
