Kalani Pe'a Music

Kalani Peʻa is a four-time Grammy Award-winning Native Hawaiian singer-songwriter renowned for his pioneering "Hawaiian contemporary soul" musical style. His music elegantly blends traditional chants and Hawaiian language composition with classical, R&B, and soulful rhythms. Notably, his debut album E Walea made history as the only record ever to capture both a Grammy and a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award.As a prominent cultural ambassador, Peʻa has elevated Hawaiian music to some of the world's most prestigious concert stages. He made a historic New York debut with a sold-out performance at Lincoln Center for its American Songbook series, becoming the first and only Hawaiian artist featured in the program. He later returned to the city to complete a full week of sold-out performances at Carnegie Hall.Despite his global achievements, Peʻa remains deeply dedicated to his community and roots in the islands.
