Personal Life
Andy Usher is a professional multi-instrumentalist and singer based in the North East. Andy plays guitar, piano, saxophone and clarinet and is available to perform live music for all occasions and events.

Andy was born in North London and moved to the Isle of Man aged 6. He began playing an instrument aged 8 and music has been a huge part of his life ever since. Andy moved to Manchester and studied at the Royal Northern College of Music.

Since completing my degree I have become involved with a number of different music projects and bands.

I perform using a looping system, which allows me to build up layers (Drums, Chords, Melody, Bass line) 100% live on stage using my guitar and voice. This gives the effect of a full band on stage creating a very unique musical performance.

I perform with the Storm Function Band performing at large functions and weddings across the whole of the United Kingdom and abroad.

All the music is written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by myself, and also Tom Vernalls playing Drums and Jonathan Henderson playing Bass. Solo, Duo and Trio Gigs
I have built up a large and varied repertoire of covers and original music. Usually performing 2 x 45minute or 2 x 1hour sets. I have all my own equipment including a P.A. system, microphones and instruments with a professional look and sound. I am very happy to learn requested songs and be adaptable to your needs
