After being frustrated with the limited music scene in Beirut, Lebanon A.H.M.A.D. followed his dreams all the way to California to make the music he envisioned and to perform with the musicians he wanted to. He is now a guitarist and songwriter based in Los Angeles where he generated much excitement. In 2012 he ranked #1 in the Slash Guitar Center competition. In 2013 he was in the "list of top 5 guitar players ever" according to The Examiner, also picked as one of the best guitarists of 2013 in the Rockwell UnScene magazine, and ranked 3rd in the Steve Vai Sam Ash Best in Shred competition. Throughout the years, shows and releases A.H.M.A.D. has earned a loyal fan following of 100,000 + fans on facebook, twitter, myspace. A.H.M.A.D. has toured the United States supporting acts such as Robert Trujillo from Metallica, Bumblefoot, Dizzy Reed & Gilby Clarke from Guns N Roses, Rex Brown from Pantera, Dokken, Stephen Pearcy from RATT, Neil Turbin from Anthrax, Phil Lewis of LA Guns, Whitfield Crane from Ugly Kid Joe, Michael Angelo Batio, Faster Pussycat, Love/Hate...etc He tours occasionally w/ Johnny B. Frank from Kingdom Come on the Bass. A.H.M.A.D. is currently the lead guitarist for the Manchester based UK rock band Shaughnessy who will be on tour in England in May.
