South Side Bandits

South Side Bandits is a band with roots firmly planted in rock tradition. They wear their influences like badges, honoring the canon of classic rock, blues, Southern Rock, alternative and Reggae, weaving these sounds into a unique sound that is their own. But this music isn’t romanticizing or rehashing the past.

South Side Bandits makes it mark on today. The steady aim of Jamie Zaleski's vocals soar straight onto target each time, giving voice to the story of each song. Their music takes the listener on a dynamic journey of highs and lows without missing a beat. Their live shows are inclusive, celebratory, and community-building. Members Jamie Zaleski (vocals / guitar), Brian Green (guitar / vocals), Andy Spangenberg (bass) and Bill Lieback (drums) love to play music and it shows in a professionalism and attitude beyond their years.

The Scranton, PA band was formed in 2013 after a jam session that fueled a fire to write and record music that they felt had been lost in a tech filled world. The result was their debut album "Where We Going?" an 11 song nuts and bolts, guitar driven album that earned them a loyal following.
