Best acoustics in town. Delvon's energy and the musical roller coaster he took us through with his band made this one of the best live shows I've been to. I would have loved a dance floor to really get into it..

Fantastic show! This was the first time that I had ever seen them. I loved the energy, the creativity, and the overall performance. I cannot wait until they come back to St. Louis.

What a trio! I had to leave a bit early because of my son, but everything we heard and saw was top notch musicianship to say the least. Go see these guys if you get the chance. The 5 stars are solely for the portion of the gig we saw. Who knows what came next.

Finally was able to see this genius musician live! He and his band were so tight and clean, and the audience was really digging his groove. A little disappointed jimmy James wasn't there, but the new guy was pretty damn good. And the drummer was on another level! Bravo !

I didn't take photos because there was no flash allowed, but the show was great. Delvon Lamarr is an incredible musician and super entertaining personality. If you have the the opportunity to see him do his thing, do it.

Seen DLO3 before. Overall, this was a good set, but two things: certain numbers went on too long, and too much time was given up to guitar showpieces. These things were related. More numbers, shorter numbers, and less guitar, and it would have been perfect.

DLO3 was awesome. Great show of about 90 minutes and meeting him after was a great experience. Very kind and signed some things and took a picture. The music was fantastic- and just a great night!

After more than one year, I remember that concert as if it was yesterday. 'Cafe Bar Einstein' being an intimate venue for a concert, we were flooded and blown away by the bands enthusiasm and energy, an experience that I don't want to miss. Thank you so much guys, love you all and Amy who finally had to 'pull the plug' (so to say) to make them stop playing :-)

Delvon is a true master of his craft. His trio is astutley picked and are a great accompaniment. They both played with style and enormous flair. Delvon's perfoprmance alone was worth the ticket price and the band was just gravy. Woulf fully recommend this trio as a teeth-cutter for Hammond based Improv trios.

Bandsintown made me bolt upright in bed then to write a review. I thought shit have I missed them but this is in Belgium I’m seeing them later in the month in Manchester. I’m positive they were dead good in Belgium though.

Fantastic grooves last night @ The Get Down! Opener, Rattlesnake?, ripped some heavy New Orleans funk+! Comfy venue, ez bar, good ventilation, smooth acoustics. DLOT laid down a scorcher of a set for a great start to the new year.

One of the greatest bands of all time! The comraderie between the bandmates was palpable; they were just as enjoyable to watch perform as they were to listen to play! Their occasional banter was downright hilarious, which is part of their charm. But it's their musical range as musicians that is just astounding. They can take any song from any genre and make it into a funky, soulful gem of a tune that they just blast out of the auditorium. They played in perfect sync with each other and made it look effortless. I can't even pick a favorite song because they were all so beautifully performed. I had the great fortune to meet them after the show while they tended the merchandise stand, and they were just so delightful. Really down to earth people, doing what they love and sharing their love with the audience. It was incredible! I will see them in concert every chance I get. Truly one of the finest bands around! Some of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet, and supremely talented. If you're considering seeing them live, do NOT miss the opportunity! You won't regret it.

OMG so good! From the smooth mellow to the face melting rock that JJ lays down! The best instrumental concert (and only?) I've ever been to! The music was great, but what also made it such a fun time is Delvon & Jimmy poking at each other and during the songs really messing with each other. They signed my stuff without any problems, very friendly guys, Shortcake is very friendly as well!

I've been waiting 3 years to see DL3 in Austin. They did not disappoint. Jimmy James is by far one of the best guitarist i've ever seen. The show was lightly attended at Antones. Too bad for those who missed out with a real treat! These dudes are talented and brought the receipts.

We are so lucky have this band play so often in the seattle area. They are So great live I can’t do it justice in a review. See for yourself as soon as you can!

If you are a live music fan an they come through your down see them. If not you are missing out. There records are great but live does not compare.

This was a smokin' show. The trio displayed a warm and playful chemistry, keeping things loose and fun. It was thoroughly enjoyable watching 3 musicians with perfect time.

Excellent show at Dexter with a lot of references to other admired artists i.e. Marvin Gaye, EW&F, Nirvana, Hendrix, Mayfield and a bit of Stayin alive. It was very elegantly presented and a well deserved tribute to inspirations. This band is SO tight and funky. I asked Dan Weiss afterwards to promise us to release live sets as the likes of the Dexter set. Let’s wait and see.

The show was AMAZING! I didn’t anticipate the show to be so well supported, nor was I anticipating an evening of amazing funky jazz...but I was amazed at both. I’m so happy I went!
