Antranig - DJ / Producer Antranig is a NYC based DJ/producer who, in the last few years, has reemerged as a formidable powerhouse in the dance music scene, releasing a slew of hit productions & remixes, playing at some of the biggest clubs on the planet & touted by dance music giants around the globe as one of the most important talents in the scene today. SInce exploding back onto the scene in 2010, his productions have been consistently play-listed by all the elite DJs such as: Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Steve Angello, Axwell, Thomas Gold, Mark Knight, Fedde Le Grand, Norman Doray, Roger Sanchez, Robbie Rivera, Danny Tenaglia, Chus & Ceballos, Benny Benassi, Carl Kennedy & Sympho Nympho and have been featured on prominent DJ mix compilations & radio shows such as Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, Thomas Gold’s Fanfare, Mark Knight’s Toolroom Knights, Roger Sanchez’s Release Yourself & DJ Chus InStereo weekly radio shows to name a few. Joining forces with Erick Morillo & his legendary Subliminal/Sondos Records imprints, Antranig has released a barrage of original productions with his unmistakable tribal-tech sound- ‘Spank It!’, ‘Are You Ready?’, ‘Back That Up’, ‘Won’t Stop Rocking’, ‘Shake That Ass’, ‘Whores’ & Bitchslap’ as well producing a plethora of remixes for the label- ‘Colors’, ‘If This Ain’t Love’, ‘Gravy’, ‘Live Your Life’, ‘Soul Roots’ & ‘Something’s Going On’ which have all gone on to do some serious dance floor damage the globe over and on the Beatport charts. He was also given the honor of mixing the first ‘Sondos Essentials’ compilation for Subliminal’s sister label. Other productions highlights thus far include linking up w/ Rony Seikaly on the tech house banger ‘Le Freak’ and remixing DJ Chus ‘A Night Summer Dream’ on the mighty Stereo Productions, remixing DJ Mog feat.The Stetz ‘Full Circle’ for NY based Nervous Records & remixing the ‘Underground Collective Anthem’ for the launch of Marlon D.’s new Underground Collective Tek label. On the DJ side, Antranig’s eclectic style, based primarily around the progressive house sound, while also incorporating elements from other genres such as house, tech house, techno, electro & trance, has landed him countless high profile US and international gigs including: Space/Ibiza, Pacha/Ibiza, Pacha/NYC, Cielo/NYC, Arkadia/Miami, ORO/DR, Avalon/LA, Creamfields/UK, Amnesia/Paris, Mad/Switzerland, Danztoria/Barcelona, and many other gigs across Europe, South America, and the Caribbean. He has also headlined at many legendary clubs in NYC such as Club Vinyl, Crobar, Centro-Fly, Shelter and The Limelight. Antranig has played along side heavyweights Erick Morillo, Steve Angello,The Swedish House Mafia, Fedde Le Grand, Kaskade, Joachm Garraud, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Norman Doray, The Martinez Brothers, Juan Kidd, Josh Wink, Wally Lopez, Victor Calderone, Tom Stephan, and Groove Armada to name a few, and has also played regularly along side and filled in for Danny Tenaglia at his legendary weekly ‘Be Yourself’ residency at Vinyl/NYC, as well as his world renowned WMC party in Miami.
