Scream The Lie

Scream The Lie is a 5 piece Metalcore band from Las Vegas Nevada. The band was formed in December 2010 from the common goals of 4 best friends that wanted to be musicians. As the lineup was solidified and the writing process began, the name "Scream The Lie" was chosen. STL's first show was a battle of the bands for $1000, against some of Vegas's top contenders. That night, they walked home with the cash. As they continued to play shows and win more battles, they rose up in the ranks and have had the honor of playing with national acts such as The Word Alive, Born Of Osiris, Crown the Empire, I, The Breather, Oh Sleeper, Decoder and more; as well as walking across the stage at The Joint to accept the Vegas Rocks Magazine Award for best local Post-Hardcore Band, in front of musicians such as John 5, Vinnie Paul, Sammy Hagar, and more. In March of 2013, STL was given the honor of playing Extreme Thing 2013 in Las Vegas, featuring bands such as Asking Alexandria, New Found Glory, Sleeping with Sirens, and more. The band has recently released their sophomore EP titled "A Place Called Home" now available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, and Google Play. Scream the Lie is made up of 5 hard working, talented, and dedicated musicians that do not plan on stopping their progress any time soon, and will continue to rise up in the core music scene.
