About A.p. Harbor

A.p. Harbor is the vehicle for the songwriting of singer/instrumentalist/producer Andrew Preston. Through their experimental pop theatrics, writing rooted in the deep wellsprings of storytelling, and their quirky live shows, A.p. Harbor have become recognizable mainstays of central Appalachia’s burgeoning indie scene. The core band is comprised of drummer Matt Holleran, guitarist Michael Jarvi, bassist Chloe Mace, and singer Mary Morris, though a collective of singers and players weave their sound into the A.p. collective through the group's extended discography and live performance history. Among their hallmarks: soaring harmonies, offbeat instrumentation, and literarily dense lyrics steeped in storytelling, all balanced by a healthy penchant for the absurd.
