MethLab represents artists from the cutting edge of the Drum and Bass, Techno and Experimental scenes. We push aphotic electronic bass music, created by pioneering individuals who aren't afraid to break away from the pack and are so unique in their abilities that their ever-growing audiences follow them anyway. Our aim is to support artists who are pushing their artforms and expanding the frontiers of their respective genres through bookings, management and unusual projects aimed at reaching new followers. Our objective is to bring our musical vision of the future into the present; to help create a world in which the dystopian rave can thrive. We offer full booking and management services for our clients, with a friendly but professional approach to dealing with promoters and labels. We feel that as the representatives of our artists, it is our responisibility to communicate in a way that reflects the sensibilities of politeness and friendliness, while maintaining rapid responses to all communication with all involved. We aim to be available at all times of day and night, ready to answer anything that requires an urgent response and to help our artists or promoters if they find themselves in difficult situations. It is our place to act as facilitators - and as well as professionally handling incoming bookings and proactively generating new ones; we are encouraging promoters who don't have the resources to book our artists to grow, while giving them advice and support on how to do so. Through supporting and encouraging our artists' fanbases, and their biggest fans - the promoters - we hope to be socially investing in the future of the scene and our artists' futures. It is of vital importance is supporting our artists in every way available to us. This comes through the reviews and news we release on our blog and other social media - covering our roster and a wider range of acts who we're passionate about, or through our weekly MethLab radio show with its mix and interview series on London's 104.4 Resonance FM. We push our artists' releases out to the press through use of our inhouse resource, as well as our own channels. Our events branch facilitates MethLab showcases, with events so far in the Uk, Czech Republic, Slovakia and France - including a stage takeover at the Uk's notorious Boomtown festival. 2015 will see the launch of our 'BNKr' event - an audiovisual showcase fuelled by MethLab acts.
