Victor Ribas

Victor M. Ribas grew up in Seattle, WA. His first musical encounter was at the age of 5, beginning private piano lessons with local instructors. He continued to study piano until picking up his first set of drum sticks at the age of 13. Ribas soon began taking private drum set lessons and performing both Jazz and Marching music all the way through college. Living in Seattle, Victor played in numerous bands while working in various local studios in the Washington area. In 2010 Victor heard that the band HURT was auditioning drummers. He contacted the band and was flown from Seattle, WA for an audition. Soon after he was announced as HURTs new drummer. Since then, Victor has enjoyed a successful career performing with HURT as well as freelancing for various artists, studio sessions, and tours.
