Murder Beach

Twenty-three year old Cypress (Peter Klingelhofer) is based in New Orleans and has been producing music since the summer of 2011. He recently played his first festival, Buku Music & Arts 2014, and has shared the stage with the likes of Zeds Dead, Kill Paris, Sound Remedy and Bird Peterson. He won in the top 25 in Mau5trap's first Mau5Hax competition in March 2012, and has music used in TV productions by the Ski and Surf Channel in conjunction with Sony. Previously known as Murder Beach, he has recently rebranded as Cypress to focus on indie-electronic/trap, heavily inspired by the likes of Disclosure, Flume, What So Not, Odesza, and Baauer.
