Melissa Carper & Theo Lawrence made beautiful music together performing songs they’d written for their new album of duets. I’m a fan of retro-country, jazz, Western swing, blues, and gospel, and they fused it all into these new songs of theirs. The touring band was outstanding. It’s a great show, get out and see it if you can!

Melissa Carper's show was EVERYTHING!!! I had only heard recordings, and hoped that the band she brought would sound great, and it did! No keyboards, but a fantastic guitarist, fiddle player and drummer, and Melissa on bass. SO FUN! Love Melissa! Love her band!!

The show was very upbeat and joyful. The music was excellent. The crowd was fully engaged. The happiest 90 minutes of the week. Very intergenerational crowd. Pretty much have to stand at the Tractor to see the show, but that was manageable.

She as Fantastic ! This is the first time we have seen her . Will definitely be looking for her next show out here ! And Theo was just as Fantastic as was Melissa !
