Based in Kansas City, Eric Hintermaier known as HAIER is a DJ/producer, writer, and multi-instrumentalist tied deep into the local KC music scene with a love for crafting songs and unique moments for others to engage with. 
 HAIER is an artist who blends genres from R&B, soul, indie, and jazz bringing to life the inspirations of his youth and the diversity of his upbringing as his songs connect nostalgia with rhythm of the world today. 


From a young age, HAIER found his music to be a tool for expressing himself and connecting others to who he really is. Building a firm foundation for creating with a purpose has led to the formation of his sound and his music. With feet planted firmly on that foundation, he is always striving for HAIER perspective, HAIER dreams, HAIER purpose and a HAIER self.
