Frizzy

Born in Dallas, TX, grew up in Kansas City, KS, and raised as a young adult in St. Louis, MO. Introduced to the Beastie Boys in grade school, Frizzy started to pay close attention to Mixmaster Mike and other dj's just like him. Frizzy bought his first dj rig right out of high school and started out rocking house parties and special events just like every other dj on the planet. Frizzy went to the Broadcast center in St. Louis after graduating high school and obtained a professional broadcasting degree with a specialty as an "on-air personality". Frizzy took these skills with him into the clubs and has dj'ed hundreds of events and many different nightclubs in the St. Louis area playing a healthy mix of Top 40, electro, house, old school hip-hop, disco, 80's and 90's, and party rock. Some highlighted events would be The 2006 World Series at Al Hrabosky's ballpark saloon just steps away from Busch Stadium and The All-Star game in 2008 at the same venue. The list of clubs is endless but, to name a few, Sugar Lounge, Pepper lounge, Fusion Nightclub, Pop’s Nightclub, Helen Fitzgerald’s Irish Pub, Oz Nightclub, Morgan Street Brewery, Horizon/Harry’s Nightclub, Europe Nightclub, Lazy Gators (Lake of the Ozarks), and the Nightclub at Ameristar. More recently Frizzy has been focusing on production and expanding into many genres of EDM music. He can play on any rig, laptop/no laptop, vinyl/cdj, pioneer/rane, video/no video... He is skilled in reading crowds and playing in multi-genre settings, and has opened for several major international headliners such as: Morgan Page, Spencer & Hill, OVERWERK, Cosmic Gate, Lucky Date, Scotty Boy, Ashley Wallbridge, Manifesto, and many more booked for the future!!
