Drummond Family Ministry

The Drummond Family is thankful to be working for the Lord. We've been traveling the southeast sharing God’s love in word and song since April 1996, 19 amazing years. Many things have changed in those years but not the call of God, which is without repentance. We are a close-knit family based ministry. Pat Drummond is our manager, but he also sings and takes care of everything we need including keeping the bus running and getting us where we need to be and generally does everything that needs to be done. After being involved in music since the age of 12, we have seen many things over the years, but one thing that has not changed is God’s great power and the love for his children is still the same. Pat has a vision to see the lost soul saved and broken hearts healed. Pat’s wife, Michelle “Chelle” Drummond, works as the sound engineer and booking agent (to say the least). Chelle is a great prayer warrior and much of the success of the group can be directly attributed to her efforts both physically and spiritually. Chelle’s anointed song writing continues to touch lives everywhere we go. One of the latest penned by her and Pat gives great hope with the song, Hope in the Valley. Their daughter, Meagan Pledger, is a vocalist, songwriter, and a graphic designer, designing most of the graphics for the ministry. Meagan’s songwriting continues to bless hearts and touch lives. Her vocals as a 26-year-old singer are touching youth each week as we travel. Meagan has completed her college career with dual degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Pat’s cousin, Becky Nixon, is one of the original members of the group and sings with that good old-fashioned anointing. She’ll bless your heart! Becky has been through the fire the past few years with health problems, but her vision has not wavered one bit. Her goal is still focused on her calling. Many have come and gone but she has stood the test and is still standing. We are happy to welcome our newest members! Greg Broome is Pat’s nephew and he also carries a calling to carry the gospel. Greg’s vocals are sure to bless hearts. As a pure seasoned vocalist, he loves the old Hinson style music, plays bass guitar, and is excited about this opportunity to work for the Lord. Christie Broome is Greg’s wife. She will be singing the high part and also loves the Lord. She plays the piano and has a sweet spirit that touches hearts and lives. Nathan Broome is the son of Greg and Christie. He is 17 years old and does an outstanding job singing. He plays drums and guitar. When you hear The Drummond Family in concert you will hear some of the old classics that everyone knows and loves, new original material that ministers to the soul, and words from our hearts that we hope will change the lives of the listener. Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty (II Corinthians 3:17). We strive to carry that spirit with us everywhere we go. Because of His love and mercy we have been able to see souls saved, addicts delivered, sick people healed, and burdened hearts lifted and encouraged. We love working for Jesus! Pastors, promoters, and friends, we are currently booking dates for the 2015 year and have begun to book dates for the 2016 year. Coming from the Northwest Florida Panhandle is an anointed family group bringing you Southern & Country Gospel. We are very excited for the call placed on our lives in this ministry and look forward to the journey ahead.
