About Hotsteppas
Hailing from Bristol, Hotsteppas are a live 8 piece Reggae band formed by formed by young musicians ready to take the scene by storm. Utilising the multitude of musical talent that Bristol has to offer, the band have quickly realised a strong line up of instrumentalists. Playing a mixture of traditional Reggae with more modern Soundsystem influences, as well as Dancehall, Funk and Soul, the band bring an energetic, vibrant and exciting live show.
Forming in early 2016, Hotsteppas have already begun building a fan base and have graced the stage at several well established venues including the o2 academy Bristol, The Trinity Centre, Open Norwich, Hootananny Brixton. The band have gained pace with support dates with Gentelman's Dub Club, Black Roots, Macka B, Chainska Brassika, Hempolics, Laid Blak to name a few. We have had a busy summer of festivals including Boomtown, Secret Garden party, and One Love festival.
