The Vinyl Cinematic

The Vinyl Cinematic is an American rock duo that formed in the summer of 2015 in western North Carolina. The founders and current members of the bands formal line-up are Edward Valentine (Lead Vocals/Guitar/Keys) and Chris Moropoulos (Drums/Percussion/Back-up Vocals). Vinyl's sound has been compared by fans to bands like Panic! At The Disco, Muse, The Killers. Coming up as musicians with interests straying from the norm in their old, local music scene, Chris and Edward set out to create a sound that would help listeners tell them apart from the other bands in a “crowded room”. After considering the flashy suit attire and their memorable live show on top of their signature sound, it’s no surprise that Vinyl is quickly becoming the east coast heart-throbs of the underground music scene. After fully releasing their debut EP “Monsters On Broadway”, the band is set to tour up and down the east coast; from Maine to Florida and everywhere in between.
