BIO: Welcome to The Cody Charles Band. Cody Charles Lindstrom is the "founder and front man" and the talent behind the music is made up of like minded professional contract musicians. The Beginning: Cody Charles Band was founded by Cody Lindstrom in Bismarck, ND in May, 2014. Initially Cody began writing original songs in 2013 with very little guitar skills. In 2014 he was offered an opportunity to open for country music recording legend Joe Diffie, in Bismarck, ND on June 15th, 2014. At that time they were just four musicians that Cody pulled together for one project but it set in motion the beginning of a new adventure. Cody's passion and goal oriented personality has created a direction for the group which is always evolving and improving. Always striving to find the most talented like minded musicians to help obtain his goals for the group, a musical journey that Cody started when he was just a kid of 16 years. Change: As with all things, changes do happen, life happens and some of our original members have gone on to pursue other career options and personal ventures. With change comes new opportunities and new adventures in our journey. The Focus: Cody's focus is primarily on writing, arranging and producing original material for their own EP's as well as appear at major events and openers. However, he also understands the importance of bringing his music and the talent of his musicians to as many eager listeners as possible. That said, they also are available to perform at local scenes in and around ND. The Future Forward: The Cody Charles Band will begin studio recording later this fall for their first demo release and continue to work toward finishing the complete album for distribution and radio play.
