When in 2008,five mercenary meet a witch during a psychedelic cult, and experiment their musical indiscretion in a studio, it gaves birth to this strange invocation called :"water pipe cult". More than a sound bender, this late night experimentation, quickly became a real musical project. Taking shape of a doubtful wedding, a female voice (C.Gonzalez), sweet & thorn, with this thick guitars (Manuel & David) melted with deep & rough melody (Luca). All of this, linked at an heavy & strong rhythmic (Kiki & Moe), whose fuel seems to have taken roots in the 70's. Waters pipe cult enter, in this bearded and checked shirt universe despite every indication. Not afraid, with a beer on one hand, walking barefoot on the muddy ways of rock'n roll. Let's roll the dice, their first ep came out in 2009 with their unconventional stoner. Following by their 1st album Ultra mugging sounds in November 2010, with some prestigious alchemist like steeve McKay (stooges) or otto madox(Loading data). The spell is cast, water pipe cult hit the road, to mark the spirits of those who will be likely to cross their way around Europe. Quand en 2008, se rassemblent cinq mercenaires & une sorcière pendant un culte psychédélique et qu'ils décident d'expérimenter leur indiscrétion musicale dans un studio, cela donne naissance à cette étrange invocation appelée : Water pipe cult. Plus qu'une beuverie sonore, cette expérimentation nocturne devient rapidement un réel projet musical. Prenant la forme d'un mariage improbable entre, une voix féminine (C.Gonzalez),douce et torturée, avec ses guitares massives (Manuel & David) mélangées aux mélodies profondes et psyché (Luca). Tout ceci, lié par une rythmique lourde & intense ( Kiki ; Moe), dont le carburant semble avoir pris racine dans les 70's. Le culte, alors contre toute attente prend part à cet univers dominé par ces barbus en chemises à carreaux, sans peur avec une bière à la main, marchant pieds nus sur le chemin boueux du rock n’roll. Les dés sont lancés, leur premier EP sort en 2009 avec leur stoner rock non conventionnel. S'en suivra leur 1rs album Ultra muggin sounds en novembre 2010, accompagné de quelques alchimistes prestigieux, comme Steeve McKay (The stooges),Otto Maddox (Loading data) ou encore le chaman Koonda holaa. Le sort est jeté, water pipe cult a pris la route, pour marquer les esprits de ceux qui seront susceptibles de les croiser pendant leurs périples en Europe.
