Somnuri does not keep their feet planted in surface reality. The Brooklyn-based trio’s flavor of heavy metal stomps from genre to genre with the fervor and confidence of a band ready to cross thresholds of all that’s perceivable and possible. Somnuri comprises lead guitarist and singer Justin Sherrell, drummer and producer Phil SanGiacomo and bassist Mike Gaworecki.
