Greasy Cafe' is a storyteller. The songs take you on an emotional journey with his heart (felt lyrics, that often times are too brutally honest. His words talk of inevitable truths of human relationships, strengths, and capacities to live and love. Each track has lush textural arrangements and wonderful melodies. It can rock at times, but it's the slower, more personal numbers that pull the listener in. His husky, on the verge of breaking, voice confirms the insecurity of his words, and makes for a powerful presentation of this sensitive personal story.
