Livier

Livier is a DJ born in Tecate, Mexico. Growing up surrounded by classical music, her musical journey started when she was fifteen years old, while experimenting with toy pianos, a few years later, she began professionalizing her piano skills at the Music conservatory of the Baja California Orquestra. Later on, she joined a reggae band in Tijuana called “De Raiz” where she played the keyboards. It was until 2010 when she officially launched her solo electronic project and from this point forward, Livier entered the world of spinning underground electronic music, with a unique and defined style, her dark trippy melodic sounds are distinctive, often taking the listener on a powerful introspective journey through captivating melancholic melodies and emotional soundscapes, making each of her sets a deep and unique experience. This has led her to perform in mayor festivals around Mexico, United States and Guatemala including Sunset Soul Fest (MX), Noche de Hadas (MX), King King Club (USA), Bar Americas (MX), Flying Circus (MX), Stage Club ( Guatemala) Sunsound’s Halloween Fest (MX). She has shared stage with: Alex Niggemann, Sandra Collins, Dave Seaman, Heidi, Audiofly, Luca Bacchetti, Darin Epsilon, Audio Jack, Umek, Paul Van Dyk , Marco Bailey, Infected Mushroom and James Zabiela; among other international artists. In the end of 2010, Livier founded TechnoColor, a monthly underground techno podcast, being broadcasted in several radio stations worldwide, including the legendary Di.fm (U.K.) Stromkraft Radio (Netherlands) and Techno Paradize (Germany) and many others. With only six years, TechnoColor Podcast has become one of the most outstanding techno programs out there for it's rich content and deep melancholic sounds with a dark touch, all representative of her host. Livier knows no boundaries or limits! She is currently focusing on her new role as a producer, creating sounds with a global influence and a different ideology, while looking for new horizons.
