Datura Blues' formative roots may be traced to a particularly stormy Humboldt County winter... What began in 1999 as an experimental pop outfit (after years of collaboration between Oryan Peterson-Jones, Owen Ott III and Garrett Kelly,) has now evolved into an extended musical Family. A revolving handful of performing artists living in Portland, Oregon provide songs with a foundation, while satellite members (those who contribute support from their respective homes in various states and nations across the globe,) operate with collectively inspired devotion towards the advancement of this shipwrecked Mankind.
