Northern Lite

Northern Lite, a german electronic indie band, based in Berlin, formed in 1997 by Andreas Kubat, producer and singer, and Sebastian Bohn, Dj and party promoter, with their first record release „looking at you“. Right after that they set up their own record label and released „trusting blind“ wich soon became a hit on the electronic club floors not only in Germany. in 2001 John Peel played their first international record release on BBC Radio One („treat me better“ released on City Rockers, London). The rest is history. In 2006 Frithjof Rödel joined the band as guitarist. Now after 15 Studio Albums and countless collaborations with and remixes for artists like Rammstein, Yellow or Peaches and more than a thousand live concerts along with artists from The Chemical Brothers to Massive Attack, touring together with bands like The Prodigy and having seen pretty much every stage not only all over Europe but also in far away countries like Japan - Northern Lite is back, headed to their 25th Anniversary in 2022.
