About Odysseus Reborn
Odysseus Reborn (formally Odyssey) started their quest as a predominantly Metallica covers band. Since their formation in 2011, they have released their EP 'The Journey Begins' which was voted as one of the top 5 albums from local artists.
Odysseus Reborn have since shared the stage with well known acts such as Lagerstein, The Black Swamp, A Breach of Silence, Darkcell, Chronolyth, Tria Mera, Troldhaugen, Decryptus, and Therein.
October/November of 2016 saw the band release their first full length album, 'Feed the Machine', followed by a 12 date tour of the East Coast.
Odysseus have recently released their new album, 'Divine Inclination' (31/12/2017), and have undergone several major changes in their sound, now taking influence from such bands as Mastodon and Pink Floyd, to develop more of a psychedelic/progressive feel.
This followed a 10 date east coast tour, in promotion of the release.
Odysseus are about to undertake one of their biggest treks yet, travelling down south for an 11 date southern tour, all the way to Melbourne, to promote the new album.
The band are continuing to write new material, and fans can expect new music on the horizon.
